COVID-19 POLICY


      Dear Clients,


      We, at Diane Sotero Photography, are so sorry to hear that COVID-19 is affecting your wedding planning and have the deepest sympathy for the stress you must be experiencing. We are living in unprecedented times, and we still can hardly believe this is happening – it feels surreal!

      Please let us assure you, we are working hard to be as flexible and accommodating as possible. So far, most of our affected couples have chosen new dates starting in August and going through December of 2020.

      If you choose to reschedule to an available, alternate date in 2020, we are waiving all rescheduling fees. If you choose a date in 2021, the rescheduling fee, as described in our contract, will be assessed.

      Our end of year 2020 and 2021 prime season dates are rapidly booking up, so please reach out as soon as possible to discuss availability if you are considering rescheduling! Please note, that if you choose to cancel your event, our cancellation policy still applies – your retainer fee is non-refundable, but you will be relieved of further payments, and we will send you a cancellation agreement.

      We are continually monitoring the current situation, WHO guidelines, and local government recommendations and we will continue to be flexible and follow industry best practices as we navigate these uncharted waters.
