This San Francisco engagement session was beautiful, even on a rainy California day. Sophya and Ross opted to visit a few of their favorite spots to document their love story before their wedding day. Breaking up our session locations was the perfect way to dodge the rain throughout the day. They even brought their adorable pups along for the adventure.

Even though the weather was a bit challenging, visiting multiple locations was the silver lining. It was so worth it having some of their favorite spots to get out of the rain. It also made wardrobe changes a breeze before their last location.

We started at the spot where they met for the first time, the iconic Fairmont hotel in San Francisco. After a few romantic portraits, we made our way to the beautiful area surrounding the hotel. The park was a gorgeous backdrop, and I loved the A.L.C dress Sophya chose for the occasion. The pop of red was so classy paired with a pair of iconic Valentino heels, and stood out for their portraits on the stairs. Ross looked so dapper in a classic navy suit.

We ended our session at one of their favorite beach locations, and it was the perfect spot to add two extra guests. Their very adorable pups joined in for a few snuggles on the beach to end the day. Sophya chose another beautiful dress, this time from Jonathan Simkhai, paired with another pair of Valentinos.

Sophya and Ross have a beautiful destination wedding planned in Marrakech later this year. I am thrilled to see their plans unfold, and I can’t wait for all the magical details they have planned. They are such an incredible couple and two of the sweetest people. They’re so fun to be around and make anyone feel comfortable just being with them. I always leave them feeling like I could have talked with them for hours.

They both made this foggy day much brighter, and I honestly can’t wait for their wedding and to see them again soon!
